Rundown
Your visit
The pre-opening training session takes place at BLUE GLUE Head Office to review all issues listed in the Know-How. Before you open your shop, you will come visit us at Head Quarters to receive your training to the BLUE GLUE shops standards and system.We will host and organize your stay in Bali. You will be our privileged guest at the Blue Glue Villa during the 3 days of the training session, sprinkled with a specially designed agenda of delights!

Steps
Training sessions are supervised by the Network Manager assisted by Blue Glue's Network & Sales team. They will take place at Head-Office BLUE GLUE, in Sales office and in the Show Room, as well as in Pilot shops. 

The driver will pick you up at the BLUE GLUE Villa in the morning, and we will have lunch with you between the 2 daily training sessions of 2 to 3 hours; after the training sessions, you may keep the driver to enjoy Bali.

Your first approach will be a panoramic guided tour to show you each detail of BLUE GLUE's life and let you feel the atmosphere.Firstly Bali . . . Home and source of BLUE GLUE and our vision which permeates the strategic phases of the brand's development. Our itinerary will then lead us to the « Sales building » hosting the showroom, stocks facility (outlet), export and franchise offices. You will get an overview of our working system, the lay-out of a store and our impeccable display of 50,000 pieces ready to ship. You will experience our professional company culture, and meet our bright people at business development, franchise, export, merchandising and stock. 

Reviewing your questions
Blue Glue's Know How manuals have been sent to you at the time of signature of the contract, so you have acknowledged our information ahead of the training, and you are already aware of all document contents before you meet us for the training. You have prepared your questions which we will review, and, to complete your knowledge, we will put a context behind the documents

We will talk about Brand and Products which we will show you in detail, explain how they match the dedicated Interior design of the shop conceived to host them, displayed per a specific Merchandising and enhanced by Signage.

We will also go through the shop's Standard Operational Procedures and systems: run the P.O.S. Software with you, make simulations of Ordering online, receive Stock, control your Inventory with our 'bipping' system; We'll observe Sales in our Pilot shops, learn retail culture and handling a customer, and also teach you how to read Plans and Tech sheets to ease your 'shop decoration' phase.

When it is confirmed that you will become a BLUE GLUE Franchisee, we give you access to the "Know How Manuals" for your prior acknowledgement.
These consistent Know How manuals feature detailed assistance on IT system, merchandising, selling techniques, product information, brand communication, and retail culture systems.
Know How manuals will frequently be updated as the Network develops and is nurtured by the experience and the comments of each of our franchisees. Answers to all your questions about the Know How will be provided during your visit to Head Quarters.
